Building Room Rental Form

Please fill out the form below if you wish to use the MissionView Church building for an event. Only MissionView Church members are able to rent space in the building. Submissions will be considered as early as four months prior to the event date. Rooms may be rented for personal use, providing it does not conflict with MissionView Church doctrine or conflict with church events. Rooms are not available to rent on Sundays, Holidays, or Holiday Weekends. No alcohol is allowed on the premises. Special consideration may be given to MissionView Ministry Partners. You can pay a $50 deposit to secure your date at the link sent in your confirmation email (the date security is subject to approval). The remaining amount can be paid by check or cash at the church, or you can request another online link.

Additional Instructions:

A custodian or staff member will open and close the building for your event. They will remain onsite and available as a resource throughout your event. (Members may not require a staff member on-site at all times on a case-by-case basis.)

The member who is renting the room is responsible to return any furnishings to their original arrangement. Please clean up the room, and take all garbage out to the dumpster in the back parking lot. Please check restrooms used for necessary clean-up and restocking of paper products prior to Sunday Services.

Please notify Michele McLaughlin of any changes to your request or cancellations ASAP.
